Hi, I am new in MYOB solo and access Solo from my laptop. I used Bank\Receive money\undeposited funds account (asset) to record multiple cash sales. This sums up with $1840. $1,840 was deposited into our bank account and bank transaction in Solo showed this amount. However I don't know how to clear the undeposited funds account. Sorry for my typo, the correct figure should be $1,480.00.
Adding further information above, I didn't create these invoices for each cash sales, just recorded them into Receive money. When I click on the Match field to search transactions, there are no these receipts that I did, only two that are not related to the group deposit of $1,480.00. Something missing I haven't done? and this process is called Bank reconciliation?

Welcome to Solo, it's great to have you on board!
Solo does not have a web browser version (although it is coming!), so should only be accessed through the app. The area you have accessed there is actually a web portal for accountants and bookkeepers to use to access and view their clients' Solo data. It's not designed to replace the app, so shouldn't be used to record data such as issue invoices, record income, expenses etc., as certain functions are not optimised or designed to do so.
So go ahead and jump into the app and double check your records there. You'll be able to update or edit anything that doesn't add up, and if you have any further questions about using the Solo app just holler and we'll come running!
Thanks for your reply and advice. I am doing a volunteering work as a bookkeeper for a non-profit school. They gain and access Solo via the app but they need my help to review. I have knowledge of MYOB accounting plus but not MYOB solo so unsure how I can deal with this undeposited fund account and Prepared cash deposit. To solve this, what should I do on the app when reviewing this transaction? Appreciate your guidance.
