AR Customers showing balances that do not exist

Question

See attached Customer File&nbsp;I see other users have reported this issue as well.&nbsp;I need to have accurate AR balances. Please advise urgently how to rectify this.&nbsp;AR customer has no transactions left when drilled down, but showing balance in AR sub ledger.&nbsp;
