Blank lines on address field on printed Invoices
Hi All,
When I print an Invoice that has a PO Box, it is leaving the next line before the suburb blank but doesn't do it for street addresses. The fields are large enough & neither address goes over two lines. I have tried moving the address around in the card file as well with no luck. Hope someone can help. Thanks
Hi TracyM1 , one possible cause is that when the PO Box is typed in, the user has pressed Enter at the end of the line, creating a new (blank) line. If you edit the address and click into the address field, a second line may be visible. Click again on that line then press backspace to remove it.
Typing the street address may have been done correctly.
