Same problem here. Thanks for posting this and also for your following comment about using Chrome instead of Firefox. (I know there was a previous reason that I used Firefox for MYOB instead of Chrome, but now can't remember what. Seems to be working in Chrome currently.)

Many browsers, including both Chrome and Firefox, save cached files that may occasionally cause issues like this or corrupted cached files. Clearing the cache periodically in your chosen browser can help resolve these issues and maintain optimal performance when using MYOB.
