Credit Cad receipts not showing

Please help - credit card receipts not printing - this is becoming a real problem

    need tp print credit card receipts .. have myob online

    Problem has been solved, but this keeps happening, this is not the first time.  Perhaps MYOB could look into this further to eleminate this problem.  Many thanks Janette
