Customer report with credit terms - No excel option

I have read previous articles which mention to use the Card Detail report to show what customers have what credit terms with us. Those articles state that this report can be exported to excel.   As...

Thanks for posting your concern and welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties exporting your reports to Excel. Generally, after finding the report from the Index of Reports window, you can export the report directly to Excel if you have it already installed. If you have Microsoft Excel installed but the option still doesn't appear, we need to make sure that the Microsoft Excel version is 2010 or later and not run on a browser.

 

Also, I recommend reading this article, Exporting Reports. This will give you more information regarding export reports.
