I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties exporting your reports to Excel. Generally, after finding the report from the Index of Reports window, you can export the report directly to Excel if you have it already installed. If you have Microsoft Excel installed but the option still doesn't appear, we need to make sure that the Microsoft Excel version is 2010 or later and not run on a browser.
