Customer Statements

Is it possible to automatically turn off statements when a customer account balance is in credit?

    Hi AdrianC1,

     

    Thanks for your post. You might be referring to invoice reminders. You can turn this off in the settings. Read more about how to do this in this article: Setting up invoice reminders. You can send customer statements, but these are not automatic. Read more about sending statements here: Customer statements.
