Decimal placings on Inventory Items

Hello

 

I have a number of inventory items which either have bizarre 16 decimal place value for stock on hand, or negative (minor decimal) value.  I've tried using Count Inventory/Adjust Inventory but this does nothing to resolve this problem!

    Me too - I'm advised it is a long term known issue.

    Thank you for your posts. We have a script that we can run over your file that should fix this, can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can have this arranged:

    • Serial number
    •  Your full name and email address 
    • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      I am unable to use the private message link - both Chrome and Edge don't like it. Is there another way to arrange this?
