Delete line function not available

This morning I have tried to delete a transaction line in a spend money transaction but the delete line is greyed out.

I've then opened a purchase and the delete line is greyed out there as well.

The transactions are not in a locked period.

    What about in purchases and incoming orders?

    I've deleted lines in those before but can't now

      Hi IhateMYOBupgrad,

      The issue could be related to your user access or role permissions. Your role might need permission to delete transactions. If your role (Admin/Owner) hasn’t changed, try clearing your AccountRight cache and history to resolve any software discrepancies. If you frequently need to change transactions, ask your administrator to update your user role with the appropriate permission.

    Hi IhateMYOBupgrad,

    I understand you're looking to delete a transaction line. Currently, there's no option to delete a line from a Spend Money transaction. The workaround is to delete the entire transaction and create a new one.
