Hi amazone,
I totally get that for what you’re doing, being able to delete those invoices in one hit would make life a lot easier. At the moment, there’s no bulk delete feature built into MYOB, so the only option is to remove them one by one.
To make it as quick as possible, you can:
- Filter just the Bunnings orders
- Go to Sales → Sales Orders (or Sales Register > Orders in AccountRight).
- Filter by Customer: Bunnings and, if needed, set a date range for when the duplicates came in.
- Delete each duplicate order
- Open the first duplicate order in the filtered list.
- In AccountRight (desktop):
- Go to Edit > Delete Sales Order (or press Ctrl+D) and confirm.
- In MYOB Business (browser):
- Open the order, click the … (More) or options menu, then choose Delete and confirm.
- Use the Next / Previous arrows, or go back to the filtered list and open the next order, and repeat.

Thanks Genreve
Will do. I note MYOB has not added this feature ever, any clue's if it will ever be a feature or enhancement?

Hey amazone,
There’s no info on whether deleting multiple sales orders will become a feature or an enhancement. The best way to get this on the radar is to pop it onto the AccountRight Ideas Exchange board so others can vote and show support. That’s the spot where the team looks for popular requests when planning updates.
Cheers,
Doreen
