Hi AmandaRobertsC , yes, sales can be imported as orders. For example, if you are using the Import/Export facility, set "Sale status" to "O" instead of "I".

Hi AmandaRobertsC , it looks like you are importing a file designed for the current AccountRight program, in which case you'll need to add "{}" all on it's own (without the quotation marks of course) on the first line, so the column headings will start in row 2. Without those symbols, AccountRight treats the import file as being designed for v19, which has a different field layout.

Do you know how to solve the importing automatically adding 10% for GST marked items.
Even though I have the Inclusive price column ticked with an X???
is it to do with who the auto match function is matching that column?

Hi AmandaRobertsC , afaik, the import routine now treats all pricing as net plus GST, regardless of that setting. (In v19 you had both options). So you will need to amend the import file accordingly.
