Inventory item unavailable

When creating  a  new invoice my items  selection is no longer accessible?this had been working ok until last week

    Hi ledzeppago15

     

    Thank you for the screenshot, what happens when you click save on the top right hand corner ? Once you hit save it should take you back to the invoice to allow you to select Add a line. If it does not do that can you take a screenshot of the new invoice window.

    Can you please confirm if the items are not appearing in the drop down selection in the invoices or if you meant something else by the item selection not being accessible?

     

    The first thing to try in order to resolve this would be Clearing AccountRight cache. AccountRight cache holds temporary data but if it gets corrupt over time, it can cause display issues; and clearing it can reset the display to expected settings.


    Please let me know how you go with that.

    Ps. This issue is only  occuring  on the go invoice app. On my Android tablet 

    Items in Myob on my work pc  is working ok

    Inventory drop selection not available 

    Cache was clear.  Isuue stil there

    HI ledzeppago15 

     

    It is bit odd that it has stopped working all of a sudden.  There is no specific answer as to why the item selection would have disappeared, and we would have to try a number of things in order to resolve this.


    Therefore, can you please try switching the layout from Item to Service and then back to Item. This process triggers the force refresh in the background of the device. If it does not work, please try uninstalling and installing the app. Besides clearing AccountRight Cache, also try clearing your tablet's cache and check if there is any difference as that may remove any inconsitencies in the display.

     

    Please let me know if the issue still persists.

    Hi 

    Reinstalling the app has resolved the inventory  selection issue , however now it doent allow me to add additional  items line on tbe same invoice. Kindly advice

    Hi ledzeppago15 

     

    Once you have saved one line on the invoice, there should be an "Add a line" button that allows you to add extra lines. Is that greyed out or not available at all? 

    Also, can you please send me a screenshot of what the screen looks like once you have saved one line in an invoice.

    Attached is the screen shot

    After the 1st item line  is entered it doesn't  allow me enter another item line 

    Kindly advise
