Hi SherylMack , my suggestion for stock movements is to create a supplier called Stock Transfers, and record purchases with 2 lines, one to receive (+) and another to send (-), the net amount being zero.
If you want to account for delays in transit, receive to a Transit location. More effort but reflects reality.
Thanks Mike - I had been thinking of setting up a Supplier Card for the interstate location.
