Price levels

I have just installed a new computer and MYOB data files where transfered over.  When I have opened MYOB this morning I realise that my items do not show the multiple price levels.  My customer cards...

Hi Challenge1 

 

You don't mention what MYOB product you are using. It is possible you downloaded the wrong product. Premier shows multi price level, Plus does not. Check Help About to see what product and version you are using and post details here. Someone may then be able to provide further guidance.

    Hi Gavin

     

    So that actually helps.

     

    I thought my IT guy had transferred the correct MYOB product but it would appear that he got the wrong one.  He has copied over the 'Plus' rather than the 'Premier'.

     

    Is there a way I can download the Premier without having to buy a new product?
