Refunded Amount

Hello, I purchased a laptop for $700 in December 2023. Unfortunately, the laptop was defective, so I had to return it. Subsequently, I bought another laptop for $750 in a separate transaction. I received a refund of $700 for the initial laptop, and I'm unsure where to quote this amount in MYOB. I had quoted $700 as computer expenses in December. Can you please assist me?

  • to myob , paid yearly fee and you deducted a monthly fee on the same day without my authorisation to use my personal credit card. the next day i logged issue and was told to wait 15 to 20 working day , we now at 33 working days. today i received an email accepting my concern and to wait another 10 working days.. so from 8th july till now nothing. what a company !!!

  • and the best part is the reason for the delay .. every email i have sent , the reply has been this.

    We sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we are experiencing a high volume of queries.

    so i'm wonder if other myob clients have been overcharged and still waiting like me ?
