The System.NullReferenceException when you click the blue exchange‑rate link on a recurring sale can often be cleared by a quick settings toggle. Before recording, head to:
- Setup
- Click Preferences
- Select Sales, untick Automatically Email sales when they are recorded
Once done, you can record or edit the transaction again, then flick the preference back on once it goes through.
