    No, it did not work. I'm not sure what script you are running, but it isn't working.

Thank you for your post. I'm happy to arrange the script to be run over your file, can you please confirm the file ID of this file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

      HI

       

      It hasn't worked, the figures are still the same out of balance.

       

      Do we need to be logged out when you do this? 

       

      We have logged out since and logged back in to check but no changes.

        Hi NNyl, 

         

        Sorry to hear that didn't work. Can you please confirm a time between 9am-5pm (AEDT) that you will not be in the file so I can re-run the script over your file.
