Hello, thank you for your reply. On investigation I have realised that I don't have the updated version. When I go to update, I am asked to click the "uninstall" button, is this right?

Hi Julie4444,
If you are asked to uninstall this would mean that you have the latest version installed on your computer, I would check your downloads folder to find the download of this version.

Thank you for your help, I have now resolved the problem. After the update it all works fine.
