HELLO WE HAVE TEH SAME PROBLEM WORKERS CAN NOT SEE THEIR TIME SHEETS ADDED
WE HAVE INSTALLED LATEST APP DELETED- NEW PHONE BROUGHT- REMOVED WORKER FORM LOCATION CREATED NEW LOCATION AND NOTHING
CAN YOU GET THIS FIXED ASAP.

Thank you for your post.
I understand that your employee is having difficulty viewing their timesheet and is unable to see timesheets on the app. We are sorry for the experience. I will provide you with a step to see if everything is set up correctly. You will need to enable the Timesheet on the software. To do this, Go to Setup >>Preferences >> System >> Select "Use Timesheets for Payroll". Once the preferences have been enabled, you will need to create a new location. Enabling these preferences will not update any existing locations within the app. After creating the new location, you will need to add the appropriate approving manager and invite the employee to the new location.

Hi,
We have done the below and the same two employees are still having the problem.
I receved a private message on the 07.11.23:
. "I have escalated this issue to the relevant team and you'll be receiving an email for your case number shortly."
Still no contact from MYOB.
Very frustrating as everyweek I have to manual input to employes timesheets.
This has been going on for 4 months and still no one knows how to resolve.

I can confirm this suggestion fix does not resolve the issue. Submitted timesheets under the new location still do not appear visible in the MYOB Teams app. You can only view them via the backend portal. - Gmac20169 months agoExperienced Cover User

I have an employee who has been experiencing the same issue and have not been able to find the fix.

How many staff do you have and how many are effected?
We are only small, 1 person effected

The development team is aware of this issue, but it's not a high priority right now. I've added your accounts to increase the priority for fixing it. While I can't provide an exact timeframe for the fix, rest assured that it's being worked on.

Finally MYOB have agreed there is an issue, hopefully they will fix it soon.

What do you mean it’s not deemed a high priority?
On the MYOB website, the MYOB Team app is promoted as follows:“MYOB Team is a fast, simple and powerful self-service app for managing teams, rosters, multiple locations and timesheets.
Employers can distribute and approve rosters, manage timesheets, oversee multiple locations, and have an overview of who is working most efficiently, from any device.”
But it’s proving not to be fast, simple, or self-service. It’s not effective at managing or approving timesheets and cannot be done from any device.
So by saying this is not high priority you are saying “MYOB is happy to lie to customers and advertise falsely”
Myself and many other users have been reporting this issues for months, if not years. Our team is even discussing moving back to paper timesheets. It’s beyond ridiculous.
