Error with leave balance after reinstating employee

Hello. We have reinstated an employee who was terminated and had all leave paid out. Upon reinstating him, he has an incorrect leave balance. After searching posts, I can see this is a common issue ...

Hi PCPL 

Please send us your product serial number and screenshot of the Entitlement balance detail for the employee by Private Message, and we'll check if it needs to come in for repair.
