Leave history details

An employee is disputing the leave entitlement balance showing in pay system.  How do I produce a report of leave that has been applied (with details of hours applied per pay slip).  I can only find current totals or details on individual pay slips

    I get that you're looking for a leave report that details the hours applied. You can check out either the Payroll Advice Report or the Entitlement Balance Detail Report—they both include the leave info you need. For more details, have a look at this Help article: Payroll Reports.
