Error with dates on profit and loss report

Hi, I am trying to run a profit and loss report for 01/07/21 to 31/07/21 but i get an error message that 31/07/21 date is invalid. I have closed all previous financial years so only 20-21 is still open. When I go to company information is shows the business year as 2020 eventhough I have closed that year. When running reports the financial year is also showing 2020 as current year.  I can run a balance sheet for July 21 ok. I have tried closing MYOB down and restarting it. Any other ideas?
