Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! After switching the Accounting basis, the initial reports will still reflect a cash basis. To change them to Accrual or remove the Cash Basis option, close the report and then rerun it. If you are uncertain about reconciling the transition or need additional guidance, it's recommended to seek advice from an accountant or tax professional who is familiar with MYOB and GST reporting requirements.
