RFBA Reporting - How do I report both Living expenses & Meal and Entertainment expenses?

HI there.  I work for a non for profit PBI who will use the Section 57A column in STP reporting for YTD. We have employees who use both the $30k threshold and the $2,650 Meal & Entertainment portion...
