Hi Princess_R Sorry for such a beginner question I've googled MOCA MYOB and i can't reach the virtual assistant. Also, do you mentioned to ensure that I'm "Listed on the contact details for the log-in email" Could you please provide me with a link? and also by team did you call mean the general MYOB number? If you need help with Login authentication, you can call MYOB or check out other options like MOCA or MyAccount. Both options will sort you out. For MOCA, hop onto this link and click the purple message button at the bottom right to start chatting. For the MyAccount option, the support ticket option will only be available if you're listed as a contact on the file.
