If you are setting up Online payments is there a way you can exclude BPAY so you don't incur the fees
I am also wanting BPAY to be excluded as an option for payment. We offer online payments to our clients for their ease of use and flexibility and we should not be penalised as a business if our clients choose to pay via BPAY. I just received a significant surcharge due to a client selecting this option for payment when they simply could have transferred us the payment by ANY of the other methods or directly by EFT. If our business can't have the option to de-select BPAY then I will be left with no choice but to remove the option for online payments altogether.

We are working to improve online invoice payments and provide greater control when it comes to selecting your preferred payment options.
