Remittance Advice: Separate email address

As email is coming more into play, companies are wanting EFT Remittance advice sent direct to accounts and orders sent direct to sales.  Are more email addresses able to be added.  Or can this already be done without having to change the address each time.

Great suggestions everyone! We are pleased that the ability to send to multiple email addresses has now been included in AccountRight 2013.4, available now. Thanks again for all your votes and comments.
  • Hi pugh

The ability to send to multiple email addresses has been implemented with our November 2013.4 release.  As long as you are on 2013.4 or later, you can email to multiple people by opening a sales invoice or Purchase and selecting Send to > Email

What about v19 will you be giving that the multiple email address function also ??

  • Hi TanyaMc

Unfortunately we are unlikely to be adding any new functionality to our classic platform. All our resources are focused on the new AccountRight. Please let us know if you would like to discuss whether moving to the new platform is suitable for your business at this time.

  • Why do we have to do each one seperately? Can you please make it so that when we send out multiple invoices we can send them all to multiple email addresses? Doing 100 invoices one by one takes hours and is a waste of time.
Same when sending out statements please.

    Hello KAllday

You can now add multiple email addresses to each email address field on a customer's card separated by a semicolon and a space. For example:

    contact1@company.com; other_contact@company.com; sales@myowncompany.com.au

By doing this, you can email multiple recipients by default when doing batch emails without having to add anything to each individual invoice.

    Regards
