Our service based business requires detailed descriptions in quotes and invoices. Bold, underline and bullet points would be a huge help in clarifying descriptions and sub-issues. Agree totally with this suggestion.
The limit of 225 characters per field is a complete nightmare which adds time and frustration to my day. At least some formatting may help.
