Our product team has whipped up a survey for all your support work invoicing needs. The team was already exploring this space, and when we saw this idea post getting traction, they bumped it up the list so we could get your input sooner rather than later.
This survey is specifically for our NDIS, Support Work and Healthcare Solmates. From what we’ve heard so far, it’s clear that support work has some pretty unique (and strict!) invoicing requirements, and we want to make sure we understand them properly and get this right.
So if you’re a support or healthcare worker and you’re happy to share how you work, jump into the survey and give us everything you’ve got. We're all ears!
