Hey Solmates,
Great news🎉 This is now a feature in Solo.
You can now attach photos and files to your invoices, making it easier to include images of what your customer ordered, completed work, or any additional information you’d like to keep with the invoice.
To add an attachment:
- Open the invoice in Solo.
- Tap Add attachment.
- Choose the attachment type:
- From photos – select an existing photo.
- From files – add a PDF or file.
- Take photo – take a new photo directly.
- Review the attachments added and remove any that are not needed.
- Tap Done to save the attachments.
Check out the support note here
Please note: attachments are only sent to customers when you email the invoice directly from the Solo app. If you send the invoice as a PDF or a link, the attachments will not be included.
Thanks,

I have noticed that when emailing invoices from the app, the invoice attaches to the bottom of the email. I was wondering if we could attach other documents as well. For instance, I have a Terms and Conditions document that I also need to send at time of invoice, and it would be lovely to attach it to the SOLO invoice email. Thank you.

I’d love to add an image (an attachment with my invoices) so that my customers can see the design that I am going to make, along with the invoice. This could be handy for lots of industries.
