I started using MYOB before SOLO was launched. I was excited to see how Solo was specifically built for sole traders so I wanted to try, only to find out I can't transfer my existing account into solo that suits my need much better. Very disappointing as I already use MYOB and would've made sense if I could just move over without such a hustle.
Now that I've downloaded the app, then realised it was just a total waste because there isn't a feature to simply move over.

Thanks for reaching out, Unfortunately, Solo doesn’t currently have any import or export options, so there isn’t a way to move the data across directly.
There are some external companies that may be able to help with data conversions, such as MMC Convert. They offer conversion services for MYOB products and other accounting platforms, so it may be worth checking with them to see what they can do with your specific setup.
