Tell me … Can I search the Expenses category using keywords I’ve added to the notes box on each expense ? I can’t get any results using keywords I know for certain that I’ve added.

I double checked here on my end and the search seems to be working as it should, so we need to investigate a little further why it's not behaving with your file!
We will probably need some screenshots or screen recordings from you in order to get the full picture. Would you be able to reach out to us in a private message via the app: Click More -> "Chat with us" -> New conversation. Pro tip: If you type "Speak to human" and send, it should bring you directly to one of our team members.

I have created a category named "Donations" in my expenses which has multiple records, however when I search "Donations" in the search box I am getting zero results.
The search function does not seem to work they you suggest.

Currently you can search by the expense category name, but you would like to be able to search by the expense name and/or any word that has been added in the Notes section of the expense, correct?
That function is not possible at the moment, but it's definitely an idea we'd like to hear more about, so I've moved this post over to our "Share Your Ideas" section!
