Thanks Sigrid, I will communicate with her and this should definitely streamline our process.
The holding bucket would still be very useful in our case particularly, as she doesn't always load them live and she may enter a whole heap 2 weeks later. So if there was a holding bucket i could go back through it and attach to the already reconciled expense. I will keep an eye out.
