It would be great if MYOB allowed users to attach product images alongside part numbers in quotes. When emailing quotes to customers, many people don’t recognise items by part number alone so having a small part picture next to each product would make the quote more visual and intuitive. Obivously each company file would have to upload images themselves.
Benefits:
- Helps customers quickly identify products without needing to cross reference codes on websites - keeps everything all in one place for convenience
- Reduces confusion and follow up questions.
- Useful for industries where items look similar but differ in size or material.
Example Case: When quoting tarps, fittings, or hardware, a thumbnail image next to each part number would show exactly what’s being quoted saving time and improving customer confidence.
