MYOB should regularly invite and remind all users they can vote or bring user function issues to their attention. I have used MYOB for close to 30yrs, it used to leave it's competitors for dead in functionality, but in the past 10yrs they have dropped the ball and they have slipped behind. There are failings in functionality that I use nearly on a daily basis, so I have been swearing at MYOB for over 10yrs, for not addressing these issues. The business I work for now is covered by the Live Award, which has multiple payrates throughout the day and pay levels, a complicated award. This means each time an employee is moved up an award level they collect another 10 catergories. I have employess with 40-50 catergories that drop down each time when processing timesheets. This is a nightmare, and leaves payroll open to easy errors. I agree with other users, considering the revenue MYOB gets from customers, you would expect MYOB to reinvest in their program so user functionality is at the top of it's game, not be playing catch up or doing nothing at all. My employer is currently looking to change to Xero. Come on MYOB get it together, you can't afford to keep losing customers out of apathy.
