Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are unlikely to explore changing this as the 20-30 minute inactivity time out is an industry best practice that we are adhering to. More information can be found on this page.
This feature is enough to make me change careers. It's already bad enough that I have to sign in with email and password and wait for code for the 2 company files I deal with daily, then when I'm regularly booted out because your software isn't responding I have to enter them again, and now if I spend time doing other components of my job that don't involve MYOB (while sitting at my desk) I have to re-enter my password again or remember to stop what I'm doing every 20 minutes and click to a different tab! I actually have better things to do than enter email addresses and passwords all day!
