Within the Invoices section of MYOB Business there is the ability to select invoices, once selected you then only have the ability to either "Email" or "Print PDF." If like me you almost exclusively use re-occurring invoices often I need to spend a fair bit of time going into each and every invoice and deleting it manually.
When you select the invoices there should be an extra button that allows you to do a bulk delete of invoices to cut down on the time it takes to clear redundant invoices.

I would like this option too because basically for the first year I had MYOB I was marking invoices as paid in Sales/Invoices section in each invoice and that wasn't reconciling the invoices with the banking transactions. Now I'm doing it properly through the Banking tab but now some of those old, unreconciled invoices are automatically marking some current, still outstanding invoices as paid. How can I delete them please?
Hi Amanda, is there any follow up on this as I'm still having the issue I mentioned in my comment. There's actually about 3 years and hundreds of invoices I need to delete to stop them interfering with current invoices. A solution for this would be fantastic.
