It would be useful if partners (or Online Admins) could make configuration changes to super, without necessarily being the Creator.
I have clients who don't want to know how to make changes, but do want to authorise the payments each payroll.
As their BAS agent, I dont' want to authorise the payments (so have the Creator role), but would like to be able to make configuration changes (eg: authorise on leave, and needs to change authoriser to someone else).
