Intray

Hi,

 

I am having trouble with MYOB Intray.

 

Each time I got "create a new bill" through the Intray in goes to "new spend money" I have to close the intray then open again.  After I create 1 bill it then does the same thing on the 2nd time.

 

Any Help!!

To troubleshoot issue you're experiencing with In Tray, we recommend trying the following steps:

 

  • Close the In Tray and reopen it to see if the issue persists.
  • Ensure that your MYOB AccountRight software is up to date. Sometimes, updates include fixes for such glitches.
  • If the problem continues, consider restarting your computer or device to refresh the software and see if that resolves the issue.
