Online payments - Application rejected

Hi All

I am new to this business and is trying to consolidate our processes and also getting rid of our EFTPOS machine. We do not have walk in clients.

I realised that MYOB has the function of receiving online payments while searching for solutions. I sold it to my directors and everyone is now onboard.

The only reason for sticking with MYOB's online payment is our invoices are imported from our production system via a csv file and client will want to see the description similar to our quotes from that system.

To my surprise my application to receive money from clients are rejected??

Can someone please advice how to get this approved as the reason wasn't disclosed, I thought we are going to receive money from clients NOT applying for a 30yr mortgage/loan/credit. I understand the reason given as this is a "financial product" but that's not satisfactory, this is over the phone from so called "customer service".

I have not found any suitable substitute for now, is moving away from MYOB the only answer for me to accept online payments?
