Backup in progress - please re-set

Hi,

 

Would you please help me by re-setting my MYOB access.  

 

I have the received the following message:

 

Backup in progress

This company file is currently backing up.  

You can sign in once the back up is complete.

I have had the same message for the last 3 days! I need to use the program. PLEASE FIX THIS, MYOB!
