Multi-Currency: Enter currency fee in local currency when using foreign currency

I would like to be able to enter a bank fee in AUS at the same time as I enter the payment in USD or whatever currency I'm using.  At the moment you have to enter the two seperately or convert the bank fees into USD.

 

"Enter bank fees in local currency e.g. AUD when making a payment in currency e.g. USD"
