Purchases: Purchase Register - Cursor default when searching by supplier

When I enter Purchase Register window I have a choice to search on  ALL SUPPLIERS  or SUPPLIER.

When I choose the Single Supplier option, why has the software not been designed to move the cursor to the bar where I type the name of the single supplier.

Did the developers not ever think that if one chose the option of searching for a single supplier that is where they would want the cursor to automatically go to?

Surely that would be logical for the cursor to move to that bar???
