    Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. Can you also provide the following, either as a reply on this thread, or by Private Message:

    • Receivables Reconciliation Detail report  - filtered with the customer and dated to 31/12/9998.
    • Screenshot of the Sales Register showing the transaction.
    • Last 4  digits of your Serial Number.
