Hi, when i am look up a super account through find transactions and choose the account and period it provides one dollar figure. When i run the super accrual by fund summary the total provides another figure entirely. Can anyone shed any light as to why this could possibly be the case. All the transactions on the account have happened through payroll i can tell that so would have thought it should all be captured in the super accrual by fund summary report. thank you in advance.

Hi @kbbb8283
Thanks for your post. The Superannuation Accrual and Employee Advice reports only display what has accrued for the filtered date period. The Find Transactions window shows a running balance which means that the balance starts with the opening balance and changes with each transaction, as such, the difference could come from a different period. This window also displays all transactions posted to the account, not just the pay transactions.
I'd recommend running the Superannuation Accrual detail report and the General ledger detail report (filtered by the super liability account) to reconcile that account. I used to find it really helpful to use the Reconcile Accounts window to a reconcile accounts like the super and PAYG liability accounts.
Please let me know if you need further help with this.
