Payroll Category not pulling through to STP Finalisation

Hi there, 

I am trying to process STP for a client and have noticed that one of their payroll categories is not pulling through to their STP finalisation. 

Upon review of the payroll summary report, the amounts are there, but not in the STP report when I compare. 

Can you advise why this might be happening and how to fix?
