I am not sending any more screenshots or reports sorry, I have wasted enough time. I believe MYOB should have all the information they need already.
Can you give me an indication of when the developers will have this resolved? I may need to hunt around for more reliable software.

This is such a concern. Does that mean if I try and add a job number to a bill after it is entered, it will not be captured? Oh dear

Certainly sounds like it to me. This has taken 5 weeks of endless hours on the phone, livechat and team viewer to get to this point. We have a critical job at the moment that I really required accurate information for - it's terrible when you can't trust the reports.

A screenshot of job activity report will not help. This is happening to ALL jobs where an invoice has been changed, ie: a job number added/edited to the invoice after it has been processed, the purchases are not showing on the job activity report.

Unfortunately no word at all. We also had problems with the Analyse Sales report which wasn't working and they were meant to get back to me and didn't but we found in the latest release it's been fixed so who knows, could be any time.
Maybe create a post of your own and you might get some more recent feedback from them.
