sales gst problems time billing

sales gst problems time billing

Keeping a long story short our adjusted item prices are changed on the recording of an invoice or quotation by the amount gst would equate to. The GST inc box is not ticked and im lost to as why this keeps happening as it never used to. 

Any Suggestions ?
