Payroll Reporting Declaration

During payroll I was unable to report to the ATO.  This has been ongoing to 2 payroll runs.

Once payroll completed I clicked into Payroll Reporting then into Payroll Reporting Centre.  

I am consistently receiving this error message.  

No issues with internet.

Please Help.
