employee transaction card no showing the super correctly but the print report does???

employee transaction card no showing the super correctly but the print report does???

Super used to show on the debit column when the payment was made to the super fund now it is showing in the credit column but when you print the card it shows in the debit column as beforeI need the transaction card to read the same as the report because this is the first glance screen for the bosses

There is a known issue with the find transactions window not displaying pay liability/super amounts correctly:

Summary

When searching for transactions by card. The pay liabilities amounts do not show at all or show incorrectly. Cosmetic issue only.

The example below is a $559.62 payment. When looking at this in find transactions it should show as 3 * $100.00 and 3* 86.54. It shows the total amount on each line making the amounts displayed on this screen incorrect.

 

Cause

Originally before 2015.1 the amounts did not show at all. In 2015.1 they attempted to allow these amounts to show and caused it to show incorrectly.

2017 onward releases seem to have reverted the 2015.1 change and are now not showing the amounts at all.

 

Resolution

This is a cosmetic display issue only.. Has been logged with PD and will be fixed in a later release.

Reports should still display the correct figures
